I second this they mount to the same holes. I haven’t seen the factory ones in awhile but these are tucked pretty tight I don’t think they’d fit over the factory rails even if they did mount someplace else.

They hide it pretty well. Most photos I have are kinda dark down there but you can still see how tucked up they are. These are the best I have right now

They help some but the flaps do the majority of the blocking. I drive dirt roads often and frequently hear rocks ping off the steps but have only had a couple come through to body. So far only 1 rock chip which if you have sas tires you know is dang good because they fling a ton!

Yep super easy bolted right up to factory mounting holes and the holes on the steps are slotted so you can get them positioned the way you want and level. I’ve had them on since day one back in June and have no complaints!
