Now I am stuck trying to decide if I truly hate the new design and want to delete it from my order, or if I hate the fact it doesn't look as good as what I ordered, or if I hate it because this is a result of the lamest whining ever about an accessory you don't have to order.
Easy DIY, and I doubt a driveshaft plus CVās will end up at $3200. Iām not interested in a lift or 35ās, and I typically have separate summer and winter rims anyways.
The front differential from the Squatch and Badlands is sold by Ford as an accessory in 4.46 or 4.7 gear ratios:

So, if you have a Big Bend or Black Diamond with the MT, and want to go to...
And if you do happen to grenade the M190 (which I don't think is likely on 33's without a locker) the M210 with locker is available from Ford Performance for $1800 + new driveshaft and halfshafts, at least for the 7 MT ratio.

Very slow oil leak, probably improperly installed filter by oil change place, will fix myself.
Internal seals in front timing cover bad causing low idle oil pressure when warm.
I need to do brakes.
Front cats are bad. I have until August 2022 before I need...
My Xterra is silver and I was going to go Race Red or Cactus Grey. My 13 year old daughter sold me on the Carbonized Grey and the pictures posted here confirmed that she has a better sense of color than me.
Unpopular opinion: I like the BB grill slightly mote than the BD. But I absolutely hate the signature lights. Plus, Iām a K9 guy so want the MGV, and I want the advanced 4x4. So BD for me. I wonāt pay the extra for BL for ugly grill even though I want heated seats with the 7m.
285/70-17's for the summer, 265's for the winter. If I lived where I had the opportunity to off-road regularly where there was a ton of muds and ruts, and I didn't need to drive in the winter, I'd go 35's or bigger, but no way will I live with the decreased performance of 35's on the road...
I have almost the four door version, gets formalized tomorrow with Granger:
4D
Carbonized Grey
2.3L
7M
Advanced 4x4
Insulation
MIC Top
Tow package
33's (summer only) and an M210 front will likely be added at some time, thousands less total than a Badlands without the ugly grill and lights š
I...
You are right until you are wrong. My first car was a ā67 with a white top. Fast forward 35 years add a family of two more plus a working dog and another working dog in the next two years. Suddenly the four door looks awesome.
As my first car was a ā67 Bronco I just donāt like the signature headlights. If the BL could be had with the BD grill/headlights (and wheels) I might have upgraded my order. Iāll do aftermarket heated seats. I will probably go to 33ā tires once the originals wear it, plus a locking M210 if I...

For me, it is about optimizing performance for the dollar. For me, this performance will be every thing from daily driving, to long trips that go through the mountains of NC, to fire roads in WI and MI, to the at times nasty rutted, muddy roads that can be found on Edisto Island, to...
