Had the same issue.
1. remove the vehicle from FordPass app
2. Master reset Sync from Settings > General > Reset
3. Once complete, unplug negative battery terminal for 2min.
4. plug it back in and re-add the vehicle on FordPass
Worked immediately for me.
There was definitely some water in these little pockets at the top corners. But they seem like they’re designed to hold some water if it does get in through the front? They’re just like little buckets with no drain lines out of them
I’ve only had it a few days. Parked outside, driven at least 1x a day. It’s been really rainy out, but not sure if that should count as a justification?
Not sure if this is part of having a soft top, but I found a slow drip in the driver side “halo” structure, right where the top airbag is.
curious if anyone else has had this happen or if there are things I could do to check? I’ve only had the vehicle a few days, and it’s been pretty rainy, but...

- visibility is really good. Big windows!
