Being that Ford sent an official correspondence to dealers documenting actual constraint options just yesterday, I will tend to believe the email over what “your dealer said.”

I don’t think that’s accurate. Your vin locks you into a MY 2021. There are no magical changes in the line from 2021 to 2022. The last 2021 will be built by vin and then MY 2022 will start. This does however suggest there will be delays. Throw in holiday scheduling and all bets are off….
