What Iam seeing with an offset calculator is I would gain 6mm from the strut and 18 mm in pike.
That's less than 1 inch of "poke" which would be fine if that's correct.
On my 2023 badlands w/Squatch my setup is:
Fabtech 3" Coil over lift with resi
37" Mickey Thompson Bajas
OEM Bronco wheels
The tires clear everything except the upper control arm at full hard turn. I believe the OEM wheels are a "zero" offset, how much + offset do I need to looking for?
I just added Sport mode to my 2023 badlands with Forscan, have not had a chance to try it yet.
Forscan is not quite 2023 ready - seems Auto Start/stop doesnt disable.
Its definitely one of the cleanest winch bumpers I have see for the Bronco, I just cant justify that money tho.
I went with JCR bumpers, clean looking and affordable. I didnt pay anything close to that for 2 bumpers!
The FlashCal for the Bronco is $199. The updates are free.
So far everything has worked except the disable auto stsrt/stop. I may try to see if there is another update.
New tire size will be on the list later this week.
Tires were supposed to be here today...looks like maybe Wednesday now. So far I have been able to adjust TPMS, set Fogs to on with brights, and eliminate the double horn honk. The Auto/start stop seems to have been eliminated but Haven’t had a chance to drive it enough to verify.
If Forscan is anything AlfaOBD I use for my Ram, its probably cheaper. With My Ram 3500 I had to buy a security by pass cable, AlfaOBD program, OBD Link, and have a laptop.
Perhaps its slightly cheaper if you have all of those things, this is maybe a little more convenient perhaps.

I updated it as soon as I took it out of the box. Its too Hot in Arizona right now to be taking extra steps that would require me to be out in the Sun more than i have to!
I had been reading that the FlashCal for the Bronco was not ready for the 2023 rigs yet, however, I did run across one post where someone said it did work. I ordered the Flash Cal (1546) via Amazon with one day delivery. I updated the unit and was able to change the fog lights to always on...
I was running 37s on my Jeep and had a spare delete kit from TeraFlex. On the trail I carried plugs and compressor.
In town Iam close enough to get to a shop if I need to.
