  1. Maryland Volume Buyers Group? or Maybe VA/PA/DE/MD?

I just got in on this action yesterday, taking the yellow Badlands for a spin. Gotta agree that the manual was smooth and the vehicle easy to drive but it also convinced me that I’m really over having a stick shift and will be more than happy to order the auto. Thought the leather was nice and...
  2. Test Drive Causing Me to Re-evaluate

It’s understandable that the purists will see this as ultimate off roading machine. Maybe that’s true. But what they’re not taking into account is that 70% or more of purchasers will not be challenging their $50k Broncos at the King of Hammers or ever utilize the full function of the vehicle...
  3. Test Drive Causing Me to Re-evaluate

Spot on. I’ve been underwhelmed by the interior design since the reveal. Lots of plastic, lack of a black interior option, camo print on an $50K model, color striping inside that is model dependent and can’t be optioned, exterior paint color showing inside and clashing with the interior colors...
  4. MotorTrend talks about Bronco/Bronco Sport Naming Confusion

Too bad they didn’t call it the Bronco Explorer, that would’ve tweaked even more people. Another missed opportunityā€¦šŸ˜
  5. Anyone else feeling relaxed about their Bronco order?

Mine has been coded 99 from the beginning. I’m happy to wait on the white top and see what color green they come up with.
  6. Photos of Cactus Gray on a Ranger

That’s actually surf green on Fender Guitar. Seafoam is a shade darker.
  7. Towing Package: worth it or no?

This is exactly why I’ll pay the $600. However, If you feel lucky, got some skills, and your dad has an awesome set of tools, then go for it.
  8. Chapman Of Horsham with @dealerinsider

Made the switch to Chapman this morning and already had two emails from them. That’s one more than I’ve had from Koons Annapolis in 7 months. That’s not counting the dm’s we had this past weekend. Thanks for the help and attention!
  9. Chapman Of Horsham with @dealerinsider

@DealerInsider - just found out about this party! I have a week 1 res in Annapolis and an October res with Granger. waiting for a MY ā€˜22, please message me the offer.
  10. Breaking news: January ordering, Summer delivery, Black First Edition interior, no manual Sasquatch & more

Already planned for ā€˜22 b/c I want a white top. Though I wonder how far that pushes me back if a ton of ā€˜21 orders get reprocessed for ā€˜22? Gotta think this schedule slips more as they get up and running and have to work though manufacturing growing pains.
  11. $2000 off Invoice on October Bronco Reservations at Granger Ford

Hello Albert @Granger Ford I’m still holding a week one reservation but been fence sitting like many others. However, with the unavailability of white top in ā€˜21, the less than stellar interior ā€˜21 design, possibility for more color options, and great offer from your dealership I’m thinking a...
  12. Big Bend Bronco Thread

Good question. Not the expert here but I’m definitely getting the rear locker to get real 4wd in situations like sand or heavy snow. Can’t see the need for a front locker unless you’re doing some serious rock crawling. Would think a rear locker would be a definite plus for resale too.
  13. Antimatter Blue Bronco Preproduction First Look! 4 Door Big Bend Model

I like it. AMB is at still the top of the list for me. CG, IS, and, surprisingly, A51 are also in the running. The wheels look better with AMB than they did with the red. That is the best grill. I’m likely in for the Big Bend but considering BD and OBX too But gotta see the prices. Since no one...
  14. Bronco Budget Poll & Financial Talk

Great questions. Iā€˜ve been there, I guess I’ll always be there. I’m mid-50s, married, no kids. Own my own home and have a very good income but live in an expensive region. For me, I’m looking at the Big Bend or the Outer Banks and, for what I plan to do with the Bronco, I don’t need the...
  15. Front Locker Upgrade?

As I understand it the rear locker will have an effect, it just won’t be as severe. See the video I posted above. Everything I have read or seen says that you should not lock the differentials under normal driving conditions such as rain or even light snow. I think the various mode settings...
  16. Front Locker Upgrade?

I had a similar question about the need for Sasquatch or any lockers, front or rear. In the past I owned a ā€˜93 Toyota 4wd pickup but never really understood how it all worked. So nowā€˜s the time to learn, better late than never. After searching around the interwebs I found several videos...
  17. Maryland Volume Buyers Group? or Maybe VA/PA/DE/MD?

Just noticed that the previously mentioned Stephens Auto Center in Danville WV just posted that they are planning to at least match Grangers deal https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/greetings.4059/#post-135282
