This is not a quality of glass issue but a shape of vehicle issue. More upright windshields will have a greater impact percentage than raked windshields.
I have just under 6,000 miles on mine but I put a Ford hood protector (with raised lip) the day I got my Bronco to help deflect lighter...
I'm not sure what you're asking.
A 2" receiver will work but each trailer has a different requirement for clearance (length of receiver) and height (rise/drop of receiver).
IIRC - the steelies don't have pockets for the OEM studs which means you'll have to use 1.25" or 1.5" spacers. Check with the spacer manufacturer or look for the thread about Bora spacers.

I hooked it up to switch 6 which is also a 10 amp. No problems!
You have a short somewhere in your system.
What did you use to extend the wiring from the light pigtail to the upfitter wiring harness?
After moving from '21, to '22, and now '23, I'm putting it all back on - BL w SAS, LUX, MIC, TOW, 2.7. Ford built a lot of them equipped that way but not mine (even when I removed some "constraints").
Something is off here. My dealer also had an additional allocation for 22 (2, in fact) but my loaded Badlands won't be one of them because Ford won't build it. He can get a lower trim, less optioned one (or 2), but not a hard loaded BL or WT.
I love the look with CO !!
Unfortunately, Ford moved me to '23 so, after an almost 2 year wait from ordering, I'll have to switch colors. Going with EG.
