These lights utilize very efficient LEDs and pull less than 5A total so you can use one of the smaller Aux for them. Yes, the harness is rated for 30A due to the type of cable and relay used on it.

We have been very clear throughout this thread that if you want to use the Aux switch rather than our supplied harness you will need to splice it (as you would with ANY lights you connect to the Aux). The factory Aux switches ford provides is bare wire, there is not a way to connect to bare wire...
Woudl likely be a 2mm washer (or stack two 1mm washers) just to shim it down a few degrees.
For the ditch light bracket, we can jet something out and see if it works. We have an idea for that.

Your local dealership or any shop that does work on your Bronco should be able to do the flash for you. It is a quick change in the menu, should take a technician less than 5 min to do it.
