The secret here is heat. Use a blow dryer or a heat gun on the LOW setting and heat it up, then use the solvents others have stated and it should come off, with some elbow grease. I had a sticker do the same on my Bestop top on my wrangler. A little heat went a long ways with cleaning it off.

Depends on the adjustability for different lug patterns. If its stuck to the jeep lug pattern then it wont fit.
