From what I have seen with other tracking, if you have a fuel surcharge in your history, it should have already made it off the rial. Somewhere in between the original updates and the most recent should be something that says 'rail car charged to #######'

I should have mentioned that the mobile website for the basic tracking also has more detail than the desktop version. Might try that. I can see railcar Information etc under 'history' on mobile but nothing on the desktop version

You have to be on mobile to see the register option and the link will be below the area you have screen grabbed. Highly recommend uniting the Chrome mobile app.

It's the only way I could get the register email option and even then, I had to reload a couple of times to get it to work. Worked best on the Chrome web browser. Safari was a little sketch
