Visited the dealer today for the same issue. I was told the wiring was a mess and was chafed from rubbing against the frame somewhere along the right side. Took about 3 hours total to repair. Was covered under warranty and said they would be billing Ford about $500.
I don't believe the GOAT Fab are frame mounted. They state they are "sub-structure mounted", which I believe means the same as factory. I went with RCI and have been happy with them. I preferred the rear kick out and removable/replaceable top panels.
Same here. They thought one of the holes was misaligned and sent me a new outer right bracket, I believe. Still didn't fix it, that's when I discovered it needed ground down quite a bit. Did you get the screws on top of the frame completely out to place the washers there?
I don't know if weight matters to you but some C loads are pretty heavy. I have Wildpeak A/T4W's on my pickup and love them but the C load in 315 weighs 75.7 pounds. That's 20+ pounds heavier than the stock GY. The Falken Rubitrek A/T in an E load is about 3 pounds lighter than their A/T4W in...
That Baja Boss is probably the "old" tire. MT lists that and the "new" tire on their site in both 315 and 35's. Weights are shown different but they told me that was a mistake and both new and old tires are identical. This is from their site:

As mentioned in the other thread these appear to be designated RT. @Discount Tire and Tire Rack both have them on their sites but only in 18 and 20 inch tires.
Has anyone installed the Metal Tech frame reinforcement kit? I am having issues with the top plate install. The install video, which doesn't show the install, says it is doable to get your hands into the space to completely take out and restart the intercooler bolt. That is a very tight...
Littelfuse makes slotted MCase + fuses in both HT and non HT. This is what they say: MCASE+ High Temperature (HT) have a lower voltage drop and are designed to operate with a lower temperature rise in harsher environmental applications.
I am not very knowledgeable about electrical items so...
The first photo is my engine compartment fuse box. The 20 amp fuses are micro 2 blade fuses. The 40 and 60 HT fuses are MCase slotted style fuses like in the second photo from FordParts. I am just curious why my fuses show HT and FordParts says those aren't compatible with my Bronco yet the...
I am looking to purchase some spare fuses. The 40 and 60 amp slotted fuses in my Bronco are labeled as HT (High Temp, I believe). When I look at Fordparts.com it says the HT fuses don't match my vehicle but the non HT fuses do. Any idea why this is and is it ok to use the non HT fuses? Any...
They do custom work. I am pretty sure they will use whatever colors you wish. Probably cost a little more than the standard price. They have been very responsive to my questions in the past.
I followed the removal instructions on this video using two plastic gift cards and it came off surprisingly easy. I did paint my original one and put it back on.
