Yes, my top at delivery wouldn't latch at all unless I put insane pressure on it. If I was able to latch the middle to snap in then front latches wouldn't close at all.

I don't think the production of the product was the point here. I believe swiss bronco is referring more to the marketing and slow teaser of the product. I have to agree, it's a big turn off from buying anything from ADV regardless of the quality and design.
