    Yes. Was that to replace the refund? If so, the dealerships are rewarded with $100 for every reservation that they lose to another dealer?

    The agent at Ford didn’t seem to care. The agents went from very helpful through this whole process until today when two of them said there was nothing they could do.

    Just checked and my new reservation made last week now has been updated with my original time stamp date from July. Didn’t get a notification, just checked the website. It took exactly 7 days to update.

    Made my new reservation on Monday. Was told it would take 3 days to move my time stamp to the new reservation. It’s now Friday and no update. Waiting to get through to Ford to see what’s going on.

    Still waiting for my call from Ford. However, the dealership that is holding my order hostage just sent me a message that if I’d not confirm by Monday, they will cancel my order.
