Pretty standard, nothing shocking here. 35s/315s will typically measure 33.5-34” under the weight of the vehicle...which is right in line with the pic you posted. Most “37s” measure 35.5-36.5” under a 4 door Jeep JL. BFGs are notorious for running small compared to other tire manufacturers. 37”...
To my eye, it seems like @TFLtruck is the only ones to really wheel their brand new Bronco yet. Time for everyone else with their new Broncos to put up or shut up 🤫
Bonanza pilot here. Just got my Commercial Single rating last week and am working on my Commercial Multi rating now. Have a few hundred hours and should be stepping into a copilot jet job soon. Blessed for sure to have these opportunities at my current hours. Flying is the most rewarding thing...
The torque management in 1-2 gears. It’s *very* conservative. 4.70 gears should help the Bronco, not hurt it. I’ve driven a 2.7 SAS Bronco and a 2.3/7MT Badlands. They’re both slow.
My good friend has a 2019 crew cab Lariat F150 with the 2.7/10 speed and 3.55s. He’s also running 35x12.50s and...
Lots of butthurt and excuses in this thread. For $60,000 and a twin turbo 2.7 these results are a little disappointing. Yes, it’s an off-road vehicle. Still doesn’t excuse 8-10 second 0-60 times in the 4dr. 2.7 SAS Broncos. That’s just slow
37s > 35s in the rocks & mud. 35s > 37s for desert running. Depends on your use case whether they’re beneficial or not to you. Whenever I get my Badlands it’s going on 37s but it’s also going on the rocks
It’s called torque management. Almost every auto maker has torque management in the first 1-3 gears to prevent excess wear on the driveline. A good tune will eliminate most of this. Also a pedal booster will do wonders for throttle feel and day-to-day driveability
I’m just gonna throw this out there...the CVs should NOT have snapped from doing that on gravel. That’s a manufacturer defect plain and simple. Unfortunately it happens, but CVs can hold up to donuts on a gravel road. If they snap from that they would have snapped from any moderate trail...
I’m joining the 392 club too  After a ton of back and forth, I cancelled my lime green diesel Rubicon order last week and placed an order for a 392 with the 35” tire package. Pretty stoked about the 4.56s, now I don’t have to regear for 37s.
My Bronco order is still 99’d to 22’ and I’m...
Toyo 37s also run very close to size for 37s. BFGs are notorious for running small, about 35.5-36” underneath a 4 door Jeep JL. I bet BFG 37” KM3s will fit fine on SAS Bronco’s with a 1” leveling kit
Once someone figures out the spline count of our M220 rear axle this should work just fine:

That was my thought as well. So, instead of going to the dealer who will have little to no experience in diagnosing or attempting to fix this on a Bronco right now and wasting a lot of your time, try pulling the drain plug for a few days and see if it improves things
