Awesome news. Curious to see what the durability and comfort differences are between Badlands vinyl & the leather option. I'm going Vinyl if I keep my badlands reservation, but certainly interested to see the quality difference.
Currently reserved 4 door badlands, with no plan for Sasquatch. Likely optioning with Lux, hard top and 2.7l, depending on pricing.
The KO2ās on stock badlands are awesome tires both on and off road. No plans to go bigger.
To add to your point, most car stereos are certainly not āaudiophileā compared to home systems, but for as much time as I spend in my vehicle, Iāll pay for upgraded audio over most horrible stock systems, and factory upgraded systems have less issues in my experience. Also a decent factory sub...
Adding aftermarket speaker locations and a subwoofer never turn out as nice as factory, in my opinion. The B&O will certainly be an upgrade from stock and if you really want more audiophile speakers down the road, youāll have all the wiring already done by the factory. In this type of vehicle...
Funny enough, my wifeās old 2016 Nissan Rogue in a similar silver with black wheels and black accents looked seriously cool. The painted black top, mirror caps and grill of the wildtrak in silver is a good looking vehicle. I imagine black hood graphics will make it look even better.
pop out windows seem only useful for my dog. I also feel like Iād drop them at some point.
Slide out tailgate is cool for climbing up to a roof rack, but again not sure Iād use it all that often. Plus you lose a few inches of height with the raised floor.
I think if you go black paint, the...
The all black with the badlands grey grille looks so good. I was leaning race red or cactus gray but all black with metal bumpers is a mean looking truck.
Would like to know this too. my father in lawās F-150 has 35 inch KO2ās (same tire as badlands 33 inch) and very comfortable ride. Curious how different the Sasquatch will be as a daily driver compared to stock badlands.
i think scotchgard is a 3M product. The bronco sport cloth description mentioned they were easily cleaned even for mud, so maybe the stock cloth is nicer than we all think.
Just had this discussion with family. I would bet the stock suspension and wheels are more than enough for 95% of our uses, so something like big bend or outer banks is plenty. But itās that 5% or less that is driving us to spend $50k+ instead of getting a Hyundai palisade or Toyota Highlander...
Seems like some prices have to be lower than final pricing. Having hard time adding options to wildtrak to bridge it to FE total price. Besides lux package ($3.5k), leather ($1.5k est), steel bumpers/plates ($1.5k-$2k est), sway bar ($1k?), Iām not sure if thatās enough to bridge almost $12k in...
Iām in the same boat. My predicament is I donāt have sand dunes to play on up in Ohio, but we do have lots of forests and trails in the area so I waver between wild trak and badlands. I do prefer the 33 inch all terrains On badlands for commuting over 35 inch mud tires on Sasquatch.
Figure $2.5k-$3k for mid package, $1.5k for auto, $2k for bigger engine, $2k for modular hard top, $1k-$1.5k for bigger tires and fenders. Offset those additions for vehicle armor on badlands and sway bar.
It also seems like the carpeted floors and cloth seats are considered an upgrade over...
agreed. At $51k for 4 door wildtrak, the remaining options are very expensive if you bridge the cost to the FE. Hoping some of the high and lux package features are a la carte.
That would really set wildtrak apart from a Sasquatch big bend or OBX. I just hope good graphics are unique compared to FE, otherwise just buy the OBX and option it up.
