Has anyone that recently took delivery of their 2022 Bronco had issues with the promised “Price Protection”? There’s new threads popping up that it is not what was promised, now a code was to be direct mailed, etc…. Please share any updates / experience that you may have when taking delivery.

The term “EcoBeast” came to be when Ford / others were talking about the 3.5 HO motor that is in the Gen II Raptor (and now other vehicles as well) - 450 HP & 510 lb/ft from a factory 3.5 L. Simple tuning brings it closer to 575-600 HP.

Both trackers are acting goofy for me since last evening so I can’t see if I’ve been shipped yet - but it should arrive late next week per the last tracker estimate (and only being about a 3 hour drive from MAP). Almost there…..

It almost wouldn’t make sense for Ford as then they would have to advertise a much higher starting price for the Bronco which would put it way above a Wrangler Sport (even though it is a much nicer vehicle than the Jeep). Is this confirmed and does anyone know what it means for those of us that have a Base model reserved? I have a 2-door Base waiting to be built -but it is pretty far down the line as it wasn’t reserved / ordered until June 2021 and it’s with Granger…. 😳

Side note - but does anyone buying a Cactus Grey OuterBanks want to swap their painted door handles for the MIC ones that now come on the Wildtrak? My handles will have the smart key/proximity sensors in them. Just thought that I would try before buying a set. Thanks everyone!

Trackers updated overnight to “built” ….

Trackers are still showing “In Production” however my estimated delivery date on the pizza tracker just changed to 01/22/22 - a day earlier than it said yesterday. Still a Saturday - so I can’t see actual delivery to dealership and then me taking possession on a shorter day for them happening...

No additional changes in my trackers from this morning, however my dealer did confirm with me today that they have the invoice for it in their incoming build book. Pizza tracker says estimated delivery 01/23/22 - but that’s a Sunday…..

If anyone is interested in selling / trading their Cactus Gray painted 4-door handles for the MIC ones coming on my 2022 Wildtrak, please let me know.
