I did they have no clue. Also ford chat told me new ETA was 4/8-4/14. That’s definitely not happening. I’m due to arrive by rail. Wish it was convoy.

Ford chat/customer service is full of Sh*t. Why even give us a new delivery date that’s unattainable or unrealistic, when they know our Broncos aren’t even on a train or Convoy. It’s ok to say we have zero clue and we will update you when it’s actually on it’s way to your dealership

I think that’s BS. My vehicle was built on 3/9 with a blend date of 3/2. My WS just updates every week on the dot, and my vehicle is stuck at the ford plant waiting on shipment since 3/9 already pass my initial ETA of 3/22-3/28.
