  1. SAS Replacement Tires - I've looked at every tire made, losing my mind. 🫠 Done=Baja ATs

KO-3 Load Range D for Sasquatch are supposed to be available in 2025. Not sure if they’ll be available early or late ā€˜25. That doesn’t help you, but I’m guessing many Sasquatch Bronco owners will be happy to see that iteration of the KO-3 released.
  2. 2DR Manual Badlands -- Order put in!

I did the Ford Heavy Duty Steering upgrade. It’s the 3.0 steering rack and tie rods. I can tell absolutely no difference in the quality of the steering in day-to-day driving. If my mechanic hadn’t given my old rack back to me, I wouldn’t even be sure he switched the old for the new.
  3. 2DR Manual Badlands -- Order put in!

I love mine. Except for the cheap plastic panels rattling. ā€˜22 BL 2 door Mansquatch. No other options. Base stereo upgraded and severe duty steering added.
  4. awaiting Bronco

Pretty sure the ground clearance on the BL or WT will allow you to drive right over Vespas, Fiats and the like.
  5. Would you let the 2.3 be a dealbreaker ?

I’ve had my BL Mansquatch 2 door for over two years. It’s my toy, while my 381 HP 200 series Land Cruiser is my daily driver. Before that it was a Cayenne S, a 911 Cabrio and a Boxster S. I obviously am not buying cars for their fuel economy. I chose the 2.3 because that was the only way to...
  6. Pics & Notes From Our Summer Road Trip

I was in Yellowstone a few weeks ago and saw lots of elk, a couple of black bears and a grizzly. Not sure why the elk were hiding in the Tetons. I’ve seen lots of moose in the Tetons, but never in Yellowstone.
  7. Pics & Notes From Our Summer Road Trip

Awesome trip!! I’m no expert but I saw thousands of elk in the National Elk Refuge outside of Jackson, but it was still winter. My guess is they pursue higher ground in the warmer months.
  8. Power-Up 6.1.0

Some update. The app has my car in a spot that I parked in 3 days ago, and I can no longer access the owner’s manual on the app.
  9. Hi-Lift jack mounting

When I went to Moab, I wrapped my Hi-Lift in a beach towel with a couple of zip ties around it and put it on the floor behind the front seats of my 2 door. When I got home, I took it out and put it back in the garage. Not exactly too cool for school but it worked. I have used it to help me...
  10. Noob Advice Requested

I’ve got a 2 door Bad Mansquatch. 2022 with 16K. I’ve taken 3 long road trips (TX to CO and TX to UT) and the rig is very easy to drive at 80 mph. It is loud though, so I upgraded the base sound system. The manual was the main reason I pulled the trigger on a Bronco. I’ve still got a ā€˜13 Land...
  11. Bronco quality, what doesn’t work as it should?

Love my ā€˜22 Bad Mansquatch, but here’s my list. 1. Lights coming on by themselves(switch replaced). 2. Windows that rattle, even after adjusting set screws on the bottom of the door. 3. Cracker-Jack quality interior door and side panels and associated rattles. 4. Dash design worse than 80’s...
  12. Bronco build quality

I don’t want bells and whistles. I’d get rid of all of the electronics (except the A/C & radio) if I could. I’d be fine if the exposed door and interior panels were smooth metal. But those cheap, plasticky panels are worse than the plastic on the Barbie toy Mustang I bought my daughter 20 years...
  13. Bronco build quality

I ordered my 2022 2 door BL Mansquatch with no other options other than locking lug nuts. Interior likes: -MGV seats -Floors with drain plugs -A/C blows cold (although the fan is a little loud) -Ability to remove the roof and doors Interior dislikes: -Door and interior side panel plastics are...
  14. More Than Just Parks - Canyonlands National Park 8K Video

If you get to Arches early (before 7:00 am), you don’t need a timed entry, you’ll beat the herd and you can hit many of the high points in one day. The Devil’s Garden Full Lollipop hike is a great 5 mile hike and will take you to many of the signature arches in the park. I would drive there...
  15. More Than Just Parks - Canyonlands National Park 8K Video

Stunning pictures! They look like sugar-powdered pastries.
  16. More Than Just Parks - Canyonlands National Park 8K Video

The Shafer Switchbacks and White Rim Trail shown in the video are stunning, but do not require a robust 4X4 to navigate. A 2WD truck or 4Runner is all that is needed, at least for the eastern half of White Rim trail. I haven’t driven the western half, so I can’t comment on that section of the...
  17. 2024 Land Cruiser 250 (LC250) vs. Bronco Black Diamond 2DR -- comparison photos & driving review

I have a ā€˜13 LC which I bought new that now has 180,000 miles and a 2022 2 door BL manual, also bought new, with 16,000 miles. The LC is a tank. I’ve used it to haul 6-8 people on multiple occasions, driven it all over the country and done some light off-roading in it, despite its capability...
  18. 12 Day MOAB Visit: Canyonlands Trifecta Backcountry Trip

Looks like an outstanding trip. Canyonlands is awesome. I was there a year ago and did Elephant Hill Road and White Rim Trail. I’m looking forward to getting to the Maze district. What tires were you running?
  19. What is the most fun vehicle you have driven!! Bronco, Wrangler, anything else?

I didn’t drive it, as I was only a teen, but I was a passenger on multiple occasions in a 1973 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Coupe. NOTHING sounds better than a vintage Ferrari. Its V12 with six Weber 2 Barrels was truly a thing of beauty. My 00 Boxster S and 02 Carrera Cabriolet were both...
