It could hold! I was initially on chip hold with EDD to 12/18. Once it got the chip and shipped, it wound up getting to the dealer yesterday! It's across the country and I can't get there for 2 weeks sadly Anyone have any fun upgrades planned? Probably nothing too crazy for me, mostly cosmetic...

Yeah! I was pretty excited to get that email knowing CO was still available. Though I'm a week 1 rez anyway, I like to think Ford prioritized some CO builds knowing that it would be gone for the following model year even though that's not likely the case 😀

I think that's we're I'm at too. Dealer said there was a "stop hold" note on his end, but the rep he deals with and ford chat said expected delivery by 12/4, and it was dropped off by rail to NY on 11/26. Looks like they may have forgotten to take off the chip hold part

Yeah that's a bit of a bummer. Feel bad for the dude for sure, that's some scary stuff. He logs a lot of minutes for us too. He tends to be a bit defensively irresponsible at times, so it'll be interesting to see how they fill out his role

Just got a call from the manager of my dealership, said there's some kind of stop hold on shipping for mine....but the Ford tracker has said shipped for a week or so, and even bumped up the delivery date from 12/8-12/14 to 11/28-12/4 so not sure what the deal is. Said he was reaching out to...

Sorry to hear that, fingers crossed for a quick hold! My dealer has very poor communication as well and has generally not been helpful through this whole process. Glad ford chat has at least been somewhat competent

Woof, sorry to see that, but glad it was "just" the truck. Devastating as it may be after such a long wait, at least you're healthy!! Some people really suck and don't understand or care to follow the rules of the road at everyone else's expense.

Shipped last Monday, so was on chip hold for about 2 weeks. Maybe we were waiting for different chips? I honestly have no clue how Ford is going about any of this anymore, seems quite random honestly.
