Hmmmm, I wondered about this also. I'm hoping that does mean that ours will at least get unloaded and a truck can pick it up. Otherwise, they are soooo close, yet soooo far away. I called this morning just to see if it said anything different and it still gives the location it was at yesterday...

I finally got it to take my VIN let me give it a “name” but then it doesn’t come up. So tried again and says it is already associated with a name. Didnt give me the option to activate it. Is the Explorer on the app causing issues? Be my luck I have disable something and now it will never leave KC 😂😂

Excellent! Glad you found it and it is moving in the right direction. Mine arrived in KC this afternoon. Now it is the waiting game for a truck to pick it up and deliver it to the dealer. Lord only knows how long that will take!

I had a look and it appears that there is an Alexis, Ohio and it is West of Columbus, Ohio. Hopefully that means it is moving in the right direction to your dealer. It may be a really small rail station and it just scanned through it.
