I’m the same situation as you but just got the bumped email at 9:18 tonight moving to week of 8/30.

The dreaded “Your 2021 Bronco Badlands Order” email from Ford landed in my inbox just at 9:18pm EST. My build date was moved for the 3rd time and is now the week of 8/30. It looks like the info that @PREMiERdrum gave us early in the week about the MAP shutdown the week of 8/16 is true!

At this point I would gladly change to a soft top but I can’t! I’ve got a vin for a MIC and been rescheduled several times for several weeks and finally landed on 8/16 which was confirmed as my build day not just week. Now this morning we’re learning MAP may be shut down that week and possibly...

Well that would just plain suck! Especially if you were a lucky 2 dr, MIC, lux, tow, etc build that squeaked through and actually got built.

By the time we all get out Broncos: “It’s been 84 years since I reserved my Bronco!”

I talked to John at Stephens earlier today and he said my build day has actually now bumped up to Mon 8/16 from Thurs 8/19!

I’m also an 8/19 build day. Received my VIN on 5/27 with a build week of 7/26 then it got pushed to 8/16 with the shutdown week. The Ford CRC confirmed 2 weeks ago that I moved to a build day of 8/19 so I’m really hoping that is it! No window sticker yet though.I reserved at 10:07 Est on 7/13...

That’s great info, you learn something new everyday! I absolutely want the full UV protection for a cooler cabin so I’m calling this afternoon to update my tint order for the lightest UV blocking for the rest of the windows. Thanks @fronc

It looks great and has an awesome shine. I really like the tint on the front windows as well! Stephens auto is tinting my front windows to match the back window tint from the factory when it gets delivered in August a day before I pick her up.

I was curious so I called a local shop and was quoted $500 to have them done. This helped solidify my decision to sell my Sasquatch wheels and tires to buy a set of bronze Icon Rebound Pro wheels and 35” Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

@Bunk M Congrats brother! It will be nice to see some finally driving around in Charlotte. My build date is 8/19 so I’m hoping to take delivery before Labor Day. We’ll have to meet up and hit some trails in the area!

I’m with you, I’m curious how much they would be for a 4 dr. I would like to get the rock slider bolt on steps for my wife and kids to get in and out since we’ll have a Sasquatch BL.

Prayers for Albert’s family and everyone at Granger Ford! Albert has a cult following on this forum and was a rock star and such an asset to us with straight forward info and enthusiasm. More importantly it’s great to hear he’s at home with our father!

It does look like they are grouping similar builds now, probably to speed up production for consistency with similar builds. I was originally a 7/26 and also got bumped to 8/16 with a 4dr Badlands, MIC, Sas, High, A51.

I guess it depends on if it will be a mall crawler or if it actually goes off-road. I’m wondering how soon my first pin stripes will be from some of the local trails. But I get it and don’t want swirl marks from the dealership either!

Same here, I was originally a 7/26 build and just called the 800 number and I’ve now got an 8/16 build week.
