  1. Window Seal Rubber -Raised Gap

Same thing here on a '23. Maybe not as pronounced.
  2. 2.3 MT w/ Factory Tow Pkg: Trailer Brake System Malfunction?

They can get to it. The logged DTCs (for the last 90 days) are retrievable via FordServiceInfo and the online service info subscription. It costs ~$27 for 72 hours of access for the public. You'd then request real-time info via a form ... which returns with access quickly. You do have access to...
  3. UPR Plug Removal?

The Ronin's are a bit fidgety. You do have to push in while rotating but you have to get the technique right. I had installed it, removed it, and then reinstalled. Took some fidgeting at first. Not much torque was needed thereafter. Having to crank on it indicates, to me, the technique of not...
  4. Window buttons chipping already

Found a couple of threads that may be of interest. Here's one: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/rubber-coating-on-the-window-switches-wearing-off-already.88142/ And another: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/rubber-breaking-around-window-controls.71459/ Replacement switch...
  5. Window buttons chipping already

I seem to recall seeing another thread on this issue. I did try searching but was unable to find it. Maybe from ~year ago.
  6. What are the Pros vs Cons of an oil change early?

Just reflecting the 0W30 is Ford's recommendation for cold climates. Mobil 1 has good oil and is a fine solution with regular oil change intervals. Are there better oil formulations available? Probably but keeping up with a regular change interval is equally or more important re: fuel dilution.
  7. PPF Experts Needed - Weird spot on the hood.....

Wow, that's terrible looking. As mentioned by Bschurr, It does resemble the shape of a polishing pad. (otherwise, congrats on the Bronco)
  8. B&O System Subwoofer Body Wall Crack

I wonder if they had some damaged tooling at the plant. The closeup image of the knockout appears as though it was munged in the same corner as the stress crack.
  9. Upgrading sound system - recommendations?

Quite a number of folk have gone the kicker key route and are a reasonably priced option (and the auto DSP tuning feature seems nice). I'm not certain of the intricacies when it comes to installing those with the LUX package but there are a number of threads on the forum that may shed some...
  10. Upgrading sound system - recommendations?

You most certainly can. Plenty of examples of just that on this forum. While you are at it, consider an amplifier upgrade. mObridge is what I went with but there are also other examples that may be a bit more budget friendly.
  11. Undercoating using waxoyl

For DYI, check out cosmoline as well. It's probably similar to the Waxoyl hard wax. Cures to a non-sticky wax. Smells like crayons for a week or two. They have black and clear. Clear has a yellowish tint. Coating holds up well to pressurized spray. On my vehicle, cosmoline on anything...
  12. Injen CAI for the 2.7L Installed!

There is a cylinder head temperature sensor, service manual illustration earlier. This is not part of the CAI. I'd think the code could be related to that in some fashion since you were working around the area. Particularly if the other engine and coolant temperatures appear normal.
  13. Injen CAI for the 2.7L Installed!

    Odd. Disconnected temperature sensor?
  14. Resolved: Speed Limit Sign in Instrument Panel?

Same if using the Android Auto feature for navigation. The sign display in the dash seems to be limited to the built in navigation.
  15. Error Code P04DB after installing Injen cold air intake

Injen needs to be stepping up on this.
