Good writeup and matches my experience exactly. The holes issue added a couple of hours to the install and added a few extra beers needed after. I ended up getting it scorching hot with a heat gun and hammering the shit out of them to get them to stick in. After install it's pretty tough to get...
No other pics, but you can see in that one the diagonal portion goes down instead of up. Super happy with it. After living with it for a while I could see how if it was the normal way i wouldnt be able to get into the back as easily.
I asked for him to verify by sending to the original email, he didn't. I sent him a copy of my ID, he ignored it. He told me to call him and I did and no one picked up. He got abusive pretty fast over email even though I was trying work with him. He was not reasonable at all.
Since posting and...
I ordered twice before and the experience was fine, though he did seem sort of surly the few times I communicated with him. After my recent experience with him though, I feel it necessary to warn others since there are so many other fine vendors out there.
I've been waiting on the Fog pocket...
I'm with you. I had initially planned on lifting my non-sasquatch badlands and doing 37s, but after driving around on it for a few weeks I don't want to touch it. The non-sasquatch is absolutely perfect. I redirected all my suspension money into my first gen Tacoma with long travel. That will be...
Mine has a persistent clicking sound from somewhere in the rear (not in the panels). I've just been living with it. If I could solve it I would, but at the end of the day it's a removable-top party vehicle, not a Lexus.
Now they won't even cancel and refund my order, saying that they have to wait until the item reaches the dealership and the dealership sends it back to them to issue a refund. All I can say is don't order from Ford Accessories if you value your money, time, or sanity.
I am trying to get the floor mats for the vinyl flooring and the storage bag for the mid panel. I ordered in October for pickup at my Ford dealer (shipping to my house was atrocious). After 2 weeks, no movement on the order and the dealer had no record of the sale. I called Ford Accessories and...
You're still in a truck, not a Cadillac. You should expect it to feel composed and sure footed, but you will feel the road still. Good ride quality means when you hit something, you dont bounce around (1 up, 1 down is the saying) and that the suspension absorbs the shock without moving the body...
On hills, yes it does this. On flat and downhill it doesnt. This is a button you can push at a stoplight, drive through, etc so you can leave the car in drive but dont have to be holding the vehicle back from creeping up with the brake pedal.
Give me a break. No one is turning down a bronco because it doesnt have auto hold. It's just odd that every other ford vehicle has it (at and below this price point) and this one doesn't. Just a question and discussion. Come down off your high horse and sit with us for a second.
After having my badlands lux package for a few days, I noticed there's no auto hold button (press it at a stop and you can take your foot off the brake)? It looks like the sport has it:
Is it somewhere that I'm missing or does some other feature replace it, or does this $60k vehicle really not...
