  1. Well, that didn't take long. No more keyless entry pad on 2024 Broncos

And if people with soft top broncos are locking their broncos…well that’s a whole different discussion & thread.
  2. Well, that didn't take long. No more keyless entry pad on 2024 Broncos

Thanks for reminding me. Have a keypad on my '15 f150 and to this day haven't used it once (other than the day I programmed it several years back) and I can't even recall the code I set anyways.
  3. DIY soft top hoist for removal

I used my garage RTT GarageSmart hoist when the wife and I reinstalled the oem soft top after removing the bestop soft top due to the first bronco being traded in. Taking the oem soft top off back in early 2021, I didn't think of using the hoist and my short wife struggled to help me get the oem...
  4. How to deal with auto down windows when getting window tint?

Had the windows tinted on the first bronco and the auto up/down didnt affect the tint at all and the insyaller stated it would be a non-issue. I however, did place blue painter’s tape on the console switches to remind the wife to not touch them. She wouldnt allow me to drill several holes in the...
  5. Goat mode tow/haul

Ive towed my offroad camper close to 10k miles with the bronco (2.7, auto) and every trip involves driving high elevation, steep inclines & declines through the rockies and I just put it in manual mode when on a steep descent. Which is the same thing that I do in my f150 (even woth the tow/haul...
  6. Towing with Sasquatch badlands

For starters that trailer tongue is short. Look into an extended drawbar for the Bronco. Not an extension, but an extended drawbar.
  7. Factory Trailer Brake Controller installation feedback

I've had a Redarc Tow Pro Elite (non-Ford version) installed on 2 different Broncos ('21 & '23) and it behaves no different than when I have the same trailer behind my f150 w/ a Ford oem factory-installed brake controller.
  8. HotHead Headliners

Heck..my wife is on her 2nd Bronco now at this point (30k miles between the 2) since HotHead stated they were working on prototypes and I purposely ordered this latest one without the headliner for this reason. Between this headliner and the JL stealthbox, my wife has become super annoyed. At...
  9. Watching Movies and other Videos: Plex, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.

Been running one of the MMB boxes for the last 1.5 yrs with no real issues. I have it set up so I use it in my f150 or the bronco. It stays in my f150 and is used daily and when we take the Bronco on trips, I just unplug from the truck and put into the Bronco.
  10. What sort of prices are people seeing for their used Broncos?

I traded in the wife’s ‘21 4dr BL, non-squatch, lux, tow, soft top w/ 22k miles for $48k in late June when I picked up her ‘23 4dr BL, sasquatch, lux, tow, hard top.
  11. Stiffer springs for a Badlands Sasquatch?

Sumo springs? I had them installed on our ‘21 4dr BL (nonsquatch) because the rear would sag when connected to our offroad camper trailer. Havent hooked up our ‘23 BL (squatch) yet to the trailer to see if I’ll need them or not.
  12. Bronco Boondockers! Show your rig, camper, roof top tent RTT 🏕️

And yet there are some of us who have a “just as capable as the tow vehicle” trailer who do tow our trailers through some some sketchy trails. 360 degree articulating coupler, 33” MT tires, close to 20” of ground clearance, independent trailing arm suspension and self-leveling airbags. Can go...
  13. Bronco Boondockers! Show your rig, camper, roof top tent RTT 🏕️

Here’s mine. Kitchen side closed up and awning in stored mode.
  14. What Camper are you towing?

Whats the weight of your popup camper? I tow our offroad camper with the wife’s 4dr BL 2.7 (have the Redarc brake controller) regularly through the mountain passes here in CO, through UT & AZ close to 5k miles, many times at speeds of 75-80mph (only because the trailer can and its very stable...
  15. Bestop Trektop Updated Version Installed

The bestop trektop solves this issue compared to the oem soft top. After running it for 1.5yrs and driving in constant crosswinds that sometimes can be brutal here in Colorado, it was a big improvement in that sense. Only reason we put the oem top back on was to trade it in for our ‘23 which has...
  16. Bestop Trektop Updated Version Installed

We had the trektop installed on my wife's '21 bronco (BL non sasquatch w/ 33" KO2s) for 25k miles since day 8 of ownership back in 12/2021. I took a few different dB readings in it on the same stretch of highway, similar weather/wind conditions, at 70mph for comparison: 1. Her '21 Bronco OEM...
  17. Bestop Trektop Updated Version Installed

Exact reason why I will no longer replace my current bestop soft top on my LJ wrangler, because I refuse to have that large logo on the rear compared to minimal tag thats on the current top. Fortunately, the bestop trektop we had for the wife's '21 bronco since the very beginning and is now...
  18. 2023 B&O upgrade plug and play harnesses.

What's this "ecall option" that they're referring to for the center speaker? Emergency Call? Center Instrument Panel Speaker (w/o eCall option) Looks like you too have a LUX/B&O package system. Did you use this harness for the center speaker as well?
  19. Subwoofer & Amp Install in B&O System (OuterBanks/LUX/Sasq/B&O/4dr) - Writeup DIY

I spoke to a JL rep last week at Expo West and he stated they haven't been able to get their hands on a bronco and/or long enough to complete the scans necessary to build and test fit the sub enclosure. If I didn't live so far away from south Florida now, I would drop it off to them for however...
