If you ever remove your panels, you are correct that the 3M adhesive won't stick again. However, you can always email us at [email protected] and purchase new tape from us and we will send instructions on how to re-install them.

I ordered one for comparison on Nov 17th and it had a ship date of Dec 31st. It's been pushed back again, I believe. No clue when I'll receive it at this point, but hopefully soon.

Our headliners have a bit more to them than mentioned above and are pretty durable.
They start out with a 1/8" panel board which gets a radiant barrier attached to one side and 1/4" dense polyethylene foam laminated to the other. The headliners are completed by covering each panel in standard...
I can certainly appreciate wanting to have as much surface area covered as possible. Having more surface area covered is certainly better for sound, but the material plays a much bigger part for the heat mitigation you're looking for. Our headliners are made out of several material layers...
All of our Hothead Headliners come with a Radiant Barrier layer that does help with reflecting heat out, in addition to the sound damping properties.

You shouldn't have to wait too long after the Bronco becoming available for our Hothead Headliners. We will be giving everyone Bronco product updates who would like one by signing up here.
Because the hard tops are fiberglass with no insulation, adding a headliner will be the most noticeable difference. Sound Assassin is a great addition if you want to do all you can to mitigate road noise & improve thermal insulation.
We don't really have any more information than anyone else in terms of the official products that Ford will be offering once finally released. In terms of our Hothead Headliners, you can expect the same great quality & materials as we make for the Wrangler, but with the proper size and fitting...
