Take to dealer as mentioned, thats a given. That leak and smell they will need to fix, bit more than an ozone treatment will do. For the leak ive seen replacement tops fix the leak. Unsure if its a bad batch of seals or tops that came out, but weve seen a few bRaptors with this issue.
Different finish to them and the angles of the truck vs the angle of the wheels makes them stand out differently and not look all the "same color". It will look good, dont second guess yourself now. Side note, if its hard to find images of it, its not overdone and likely a fairly original idea!
It would be rather tight against the a pillar at that point and I have to imagine wind/whistling being up there. Also most lights on the market arent meant to be mounted on the sides (optics positioning). Looks strong though
Welcome Welcome! Let us know if you have any questions or need any assistance on parts or accessories! We have a Badlands and love the truck more and more every time we drive it!
wash it really well, use chemical guys or other cleaners/degreasers on the underneath and dry it off real good. Fluid film inside the frame and all underside components and youll be good. Reapply in 6-8yr depending on how much salt/beach visists you make
OEM wise, theyre built the same. If one model can mount it, likely the others can as well. Load ratings and dynamic load is the MFG choice to state and put rules and legalities on. As mentioned, the everglades is different but its a motor thing so you shouldnt have a structural issue, rather...
The side quarter panel mounts will likely cause you issues with running a 270 as the end pivot is fairly large and it will need to run a rigid flat track against the roof rack and be tied to the roof rack in 3 locations (2 minimum but some require 3 mounts) and 270s are usually fairly thick in...
im all for being a "sidewall says it is" type of guy, but BFG is notorious for 37s running the size of a overinflated 35 and their 39s being 38s. Those sure look hella meaty though and if theyre doing what you want them to do then run with 'em!
Rodents can cause some of the worse problems being electrical nightmares, weve seen vehicles total from the damages. alot of these are great ideas to help keep that problem minimized.
Always remember to loom your harnesses and wires that you do for aftermarket parts too. They go for...
Its a double heim over OEM being a rubber bushing. So the heim is not a "louder" component by nature as much as its a much stronger, mechanically, component for better articulation and the ease of being able to disconnect is from the hardware being not bolted in and held in with a pin. The pin...
quick disconnects are not louder than a standard bolted in sway bar bushing. Benefits of being easily disconnectable and having more articulation. downside of having upgrades, keep a bottle of spray silicone dry lube on you and youre good.
Were an AWE dealer and having heard this exhaust in person, the sound on the clip/file is pretty spot on the in person sounds.
This exhaust with a rear mounted winch just looks like it is going to get smashed between the winch plate and the ground unless you run the bash guard and take the tip...
downfiring subs usually require the floor or structure its firing against to create some of the pattern and sound its making. A standard or pancake sub mounted to a cage structure on the roll bar would work, but I think for that effect youd be almost better off buying essentially a UTV or marine...
