Appreciate the response... I'm in the Greenville area. To your point - I chatted Ford and spoke to the dealer on the same day. And yeah I thought the same (that Ford chat and the dealer would have the same date)... I'm gonna hit up my dealer on Monday as a follow-up to see what they say...As...
