Did you have to negotiate the customer cash? My dealer already said I am not getting that when I pick up. Not sure if they exhausted what was allocated to them, never had it or is yanking my chain...I would put it right back into accessories through the dealer.

Do you have a link for the specific hitch? I went to Etrailer but they only have a hitch for the Bronco Sport? Also, did you install the hitch? That is the perfect setup for my rig!

At what point in the process would Ford email us such a photo? My vehicle status is currently "shipped" but I only know that by tracking the vehicle, not from an email from Ford? Would love to have such a photo: 2 dr base, Eruption Green
