I would also consider a setup you could leave permanently installed. I spend as much time getting my setup out and putting up as I do using it each time.

I like Adam’s setup with mega foam cannon, short handle with swivel, definitely get the nicer hose that is longer than you think you need and doesn’t kink…that’s my personal regret.

Clear Plex windshield has saved multiple windshields for me. One rock (looked like a boulder flying at the wind @ 45) took a divot out of the protective film but glass still perfect. it’s a must if you ask me

Imagine what the damage would have been without the PPF. worse case, replace the PPF and car is as good as new.
