I had a rattling/tapping and it was driving me nuts. I found a suggestion to get vacuum caps and put them over the metal pins. Sound disappeared. Although if you tried the electrical tape that may not work for you either.

I have the turn down on mine. I can snap some pics as soon as I get it back from the dealer.

Not that I experienced. Mykey limits a lot lol it's for like, teenage kids or valets. AFAIK there are no personalization options for different keys on the Broncos.

Dropped it off at the Ford dealer to address an oil leak under warranty (and have the rear defrosters fixed). Turned out to be the valve cover gasket. 🥴

We went years ago with a Raptor. LOTS of sugar sand (how Florida lol). There's some trails, nothing crazy or thrilling at all. Haven't been since then, besides passing it on the way to the shooting range lol so not sure of it's current state. We've been talking about taking the Broncos out there...

Another vote for the Eibach Protruck 2 coilover kits, here. Have had them on for over 20k miles with 37" tires and no issues.
