Agree ... and this truck, if not color touch up, was resting on grass and had some trees around. It may slightly take on the color that it is around. This cactus gray was on a table, so it was not "tainted" by its surroundings.
But I'm telling you guys .... it was just light gray. NO green...
Wow thanks. We got there early and it's still early in the week, so volume of folks haven't quite filled up. They had their vehicles spread out too, so allowed everyone to do the same. It was great to see the excitement, and would love to see the place on Friday and or Saturday with everyone...
Straight up .... NO! Not green, or blue, just fresh laid concrete. As the sun got higher, you can tell it wanted to change, but in person and up close .... No. If your expecting any kind of color in Cactus, then you're in for a disappointment.
As for the color in what it is ... will look...
Thank you! That was some work in trying to capture it as well! It took even nuclear blast from up above to get it. In the shade ... it's just black. The blue flake is nice though, and would look sharp with a white top!
They wanted no errors in what was what. They were also chained down, so no moving the white can in between all the other colors. Instead, I used the white gift box as a reference.
Tried to get these in both light and shade. Was late morning to a couple of hours later between some of the photos. It seemed with each degree of sun movement so was the change in most of these colors. It's truly a magical mystery tour in pinning down "a" color for each ... except for white...
That is perfectly stated and totally agree! If you're "building" them "wild" then why not have the colors that look all those possible parts??? ?‍♂️
