Just got off the phone with the dealer. It’s only going to be there until around 1PM. Ford will then pick it up and is going to take it to a park. Not sure where that park would be.
Also, no test drives.

Not a financial advisor but this might interest you. I also bought Ford stock for X Plan and part of my down payment when it was $5.50 but made a huge mistake. I only bought 100 shares!

There are so many possibilities. Could be nothing and just need to have them re-consider your application. Best thing to do is see what's on your credit for free at www.annualcreditreport.com which will not affect your score. To get your real credit score, not the free ones offered...
I wonder how the warranty works if you have a lifetime powertrain warranty and then have Ford install the tune, i.e., still lifetime or drops to 3yr 36k?
In reading the Ford performance parts warranty, it appears that after the 3 yr 36k, you will still have your lifetime warranty.
The 2.3 Ecoboost tune in the Ranger adds 45 HP and costs $825 and includes 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty when installed by Ford dealer or ASE certified shop.
@broncoskip Since you brought it up, how can I easily remove my hard top? I prefer to buy something already made that will do the trick for a fraction of the cost.
The fact that Ford has to make a policy to force these unscrupulous dealers to act fairly to their customers doesn’t say much for these dealers. It makes you appreciate the Grangers, Stephens, and others that follow the rules and do what they say!
There's still hope for you guys! The conversion rate might be lower than expected and I think once they release some of the special editions and other colors available MY22 some will be moving from 2021 to 2022. On Twitter Levine said they should be releasing some information by this weekend...
Tell them you want a price in writing or you will call Ford and have them switch your order back to a reservation so you can go to another dealer who will give you their price. You can log in to Ford and see if they even placed the order yet.
