My dad bought a 79 Alfa Spider new in 80 when I was 6. Became mine in college and beyond. I’m darn near 47 now and it’s running great. No way it’ll ever leave the family. Too many great memories. Don’t sell the 72.
I’m 50/50 if I’m bailing. Thinking of a 4Runner TRD Pro. Doubt I’ll ever buy another Wrangler as it just wasn’t built well and the top leaked like a sieve. But at this point, who know what I’m going to do. Lease runs on my Alfa in June and maybe I’ll just drive my Lotus Elise and my wife’s CX9...
I used to be a prosecutor and spent time in the felony drug unit. Had PLENTY of cases that came from a basic, legal stop such as this. Not to mention DUI's when I was a brand new baby prosecutor in 2001.
I’m on the fence about SAS as I don’t know if I’m going to want 35’s on a DD. Fortunately, my commute is maybe 3 miles each way and in non Covid times I drive approx 1000 miles a month. So it may be just fine. Curious how the 4.7 would work with 33’s if I went sas and ended up not liking 35’s...
Ugh. Ridiculous article. All new cars depreciate. And most of us aren’t paying MSRP as intimated. I’m paying $1000 under invoice. At least that’s what they tell me now.
Thoughts on the 2 inch lift if just going with 33’s on a 4 door BD? On my 2013 JKU I put the Terraflex leveling kit which lifted the front two inches and rear one inch. Looked MUCH better with the 33in Duratracs. Anyhow, wondering about the factory lift if going 33’s on the BD. Thanks!
