    So I ran the top for a bit and just pulled it off, I did find the passenger side bolts loose. I am wondering if that was my issue. I will install again soon.

    Yes it is. The next dealer on the interstate west of me gets it deliveries from the rail yard to the west. So we must be out on the outer edge of the delivery zone. Kinda stinks, they have no idea when it will come in.
