After years of headaches from modifying cars, Iām not adding any power to this engine until cooling is addressed. IIRC, the stock intercooler has plastic end tanks. Thatās a big no-no. Hopefully the radiator is up to par.
Congrats on the kids! Just had my first in November. My wife supported the 2 door since she drives a big SUV. Thatāll be the baby mobile and we can get by with mine in a pinch. She knows this is my dream daily (aside from a 911), so she didnāt give me too much of a hard time over 2 vs 4 door.
To me, the 2-door, non-sas BD with a manual is the best bang for your buck model by far (save for basesquatch) and looks amazing with the steelies. As great as Broncos look squatch'd, I'd love to see more photos and videos without it, especially the BD. BD will be my first purchase post grad...
If they were doing "the best they can" they wouldn't tote around products that we can't buy. It's not hard to drive around pre production Broncos that don't have white tops.
2 door. My wife will have a big SUV here shortly, and since the Bronco will be the first time I'm going all out on a new car, I'm doing it exactly how I want it. As of now, that's a 2 door, Black Diamond, stick, maybe mid package, with Cactus Gray and a (hopefully) white top.
