I see what you mean by the differing plan, though I don't know how to achieve it as the stage series reverse light kit is designed to operate in conjunction with the headlights/taillights. I've seen threads where folks are trying to achieve the 'rear fog' w/o headlights on but no one has offered...
There is no need to separately order DD4133. The DD Stage Series Reverse Light Kit includes the wiring necessary for the lights to be tied into your existing tail light harness. With the Reverse Light Kit installed the pod lights will act as red accent lights when your lights are turned on and...
@Dadsquatch, great thread/write up. I'm adding my install notes and pics here for those who want to go this route and see how to tie into a replacement headlight switch instead of wiring to an AUX switch.
I have a Badlands, high trim with factory front fogs, puddle lights, etc. I ordered the...
As a follow up to my above post, here's a bit more detail on what I did to modify the bumper side of the C424 connector so that my rear Didode Dynamics ('fog' 'chase' 'backup') lights work with the push of the rear fog button on my M2DZ-11654-CC switch (while the headlights are on). I unplugged...
Here's a bit more detail on what I did to modify the bumper side of the C424 connector so that my rear Didode Dynamics lights work with the push of the rear fog button on my M2DZ-11654-CC switch (while the headlights are on). I unplugged the connector, peeled back the wire harness tape, and...
With the two bags of bolts that looked very similar, I also used the shorter ones for securing the latch to the door and the longer bolts for hinge attachment.
I ordered a set of 4 doors on May 9th and they arrived May 13th. Shipping was via FedEx, originating from Texas.
Based on pics from earlier in this thread these look like version E. The hardware boxes are at least labeled for each door.
No logos anywhere on the doors!
Assembly took one...
I posted this in the rear fog/chase lights thread https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/installing-rear-fog-chase-light-using-factory-switch-harness.46382/ but thought I'd cross post here as well:
I have a Badlands, high trim with front fogs, puddle lights, etc. So I ordered the replacement...
The policies for cash or checks mixed with utilizing a credit card varies from dealer to dealer so contact the dealer you intend to purchase from to understand their specific policies.
When I bought my Bronco I asked and they told me ahead of time that the max they would allow on a credit card...
That looks pretty dang nice.
It's a good thing you are in San Diego and I'm in Los Angeles as our builds could be twins running around the same town. (though I'd only do stage 3 :p )
Thank you for sharing your pics and specs. Will be interested to see your flex outcome.
Looks fantastic1, both your Bronco and the views!
+ 19.7mpg in a 2.7L SAS, wow! I haven't even made it up to 17mpg yet in mine. My best is 16.7 mpg so far.
I have a Badlands, high trim with front fogs, puddle lights, etc. So I ordered the replacement front and rear fog switch M2DZ-11654-CC. This is the right switch to order for going from front fogs to front and rear fogs.
Here are some pictures of the C424 connector and its location along with...
$500? Seriously? I was excited until I saw the price. Take it as feedback from a potential customer that the current pre-order price point is too high.
