Saline, MI here.......new to off-roading. My BD is in my driveway. Would be cool to meet up with more knowlegable people locally (If it's in state, I consider it local). Also, to get recommendations on MI trails.

Same here...........Briarwood Ford in Michigan was great to work with. No ADM, honored A-plan pricing. Absolutely no surprises. I also was getting worried after reading the horror stories. But they were great and honoring MSRP for reservation holders.

I went with the manual BD. Like you, I love the steelies and "utilitarian" look of the BD. For the price, the BD is the only trim that shares some of the same options as the BL, ie: rock rails, full bash plates, steel front & rear bumpers..........and it will be more than adequate for the type...
