It's more from seat back to seat back...But look at the measurement on the actual seat. The 96 seat is a LOT shallower than the 21's.

This is the most cohesive interior I've seen yet. The colors complement and contrast very, very nicely. I'd rock it. None of this "hey here's your sorta-saddle leather interior! But you get this goofy color dash AND BLUE HANDLES with your Orangello body work WOOOOOOOO!!!!"
