Don't ask me how I feel about Toyota.
I can just picture it, the confused neighbors when you jump in one of the jeeps and flip off your Bronco and the "Could I be bipolar?" pamphlets your wife leaves on the coffee table. :ROFLMAO:
Not quite long enough. My RTT at 83" overhangs just a little. To do one of these for the 2dr and fit anyone over 5' 8" they'd have to at minimum stand up the back glass at 90 degrees, or maybe integrate a sun visor into it on the front.
I do like the concept and my long term goal is to build my...
The color scheme is very nice but as a whole this doesn't move me, a lack of a 2dr will do that.
I think a lot here are conflating anniversary with heritage/classic. Which is fair since Ford already muddled the waters with the throwback touches.
It's no NP435, the average shade tree mechanic could rebuild one of those.
@Ducati1098 can speak on it with authority, but I'm pretty sure Ford is not a big fan of techs just winging it on stuff they haven't been trained on.
3 weeks of wheeling and camping in California and Nevada. The Rubicon, Barrett, Sourgrass, Slickrock, Deer Valley, the NV desert, and Super Cel NV.
The tip over was pretty unforgettable.
Chonky boi.
I'm assuming that thing is far beyond the OEM rack's rating. Be careful with your rack selection. I started with a Hooke Road and it howled like a banshee. Have a ZRoadz now and it's pretty quiet.
After 23 years it's probably getting a little tired.

I've mixed in new with as low as 75% and been fine, but I think you're pushing it at 50%. But this isn't some super advanced AWD either and isn't that sensitive.
For anyone dealing with this in the future, take a look at United Tires. For pretty cheap you can get a tire with some wear on it...
That might just work. I tried to get some Sevin in there but it mostly went everywhere but the crack. Worst case I'll take the top off at night when it's cool.
Found another lair, between the hard top and B pillar, look closely in the crack.
I put up a trap and have been spraying the crap out of my F100, it's infested too (had it in Boise with me) but all metal and patina paint so I'm not so worried about a reaction.
What? He's 1000lb under the rating, and still 600lb under his calculated rating. That Bronco will haul that tiny thing to the end of the earth and back without a care.
Your logic adds up if you're trying to stay legal.
Personally I've found these things to be extremely underrated, they should have been 5k rated. That teardrop will tow nicely. I also recommend a WDH even at these lighter weights mainly due to the soft springs, it feels much better to get some...
