No, that chart is saying in what mode and at what speed you can have either the front or rear locker engaged.

Also we got confirmation that the keyless entry works by just having to touch the inside of the door handle, which is great! The people in the videos that were pressing the button to unlock didn't know what they were doing.

I think people are too pessimistic about what Ford meant by the delay items. Ford purposely used 2 different phrases in that email. They used "extended wait time" and "late availability". They are only making 2021s for 6 months, if a 2.7 would push you until October, that is late availability...
