yeah it adds a lot. I wanted both but my installer didn’tthink the cooling would work. So I just did heated seats. Plenty of threads here that say their installer added cooling seats with no issues.

Big Katzkin fan here. W/o the heater or cooling it's about $2k. In IL, they have a service where they drive to your house and do it in your garage. Beautiful stuff. Highly recommend and so many options to customize.
