There's no locking mechanism when the front seat is pushed forward to access the rear, in a 2 door. So it just slides back a bit, making it harder to get in the back. Basically unusable when you're on an upslope gradient. Very annoying.
The last 6 months I've mentally prepared myself for the dealer trying to screw me over so when I went there I was prepared to walk away. Now that's it's been in my garage for a day I'm starting to really enjoy it. But I definitely never had the joy of the new vehicle pick up.
Part of the legal strategy I was pursuing included a motion for replevin which as I understand it in the state of Maryland allows for a specific performance remedy in this case prohibiting them from selling my vehicle to someone else.
I dont think he is a great guy. I will not do business with them ever again. I'm just happy to get the original deal (and then some) and put this whole episode behind me.
Mike Levine responded to my email and asked for some basic information regarding my order and my contact info. I've heard nothing since then.
Gen sales manager mentioned that Ford can fine them and lower their allocation numbers which suggested to me that Levine might have contacted them. Not...

I was meaning to mention this. I checked the odometer and it only showed 11miles, which was reflected in the paperwork. So the 300 must have been a typo.
FINAL UPDATE:
Dealer made good on our agreement and even went a little better than that. I am happy with this outcome.
Bronco6g members who contributed to this effort: thank you, you did this. The dealer conceded that the lawsuit meant nothing to them but the online reviews are everything to...
Update: dealership texted me that upper management is looking into my situation and in the event this does work out in my favor, they are looking for a mutual understanding and agreement to remove any direct and indirect negative online feedback regarding this matter.
Let's see where this goes.
You answered your own question and then arrived at the wrong conclusion. Damages here are the difference between the market value and contract price - which according to them is $5000. So they will need to pay me that difference to make me whole because that's how much more it will cost in the...
2 door badlands - cactus gray, 2.7 engine, sasquatch package, high package, tow package, roof cross bars, mic top. If you're seeing lux package I will entertain that as well.
