Noice... 2dr Squatch just looks the best. Change the color and add aftermarket window tint and that will be my simple build (well then sliders, maybe bumpers, OBA...).

Keep in mind lift kits aren't exactly going to be available day one. Also 3.5" on IFS, you'll most likely see 2-3" adjustable coilover kits (where you usually try to avoid the high end as you'll get a harsh ride).

Sounds like there will be a few more FJ's for sale next year because of the Bronco :p I never knew anyone with the diff issue but did know a few guys in the SoCal off-road group with the cracked fenders. I don't think any of them even bothered to do anything about it as it wasn't a big deal...

From the Granger and Stephens threads doesn't look like Wildtrack is too popular, could be combination of bang for your buck and the interior colors. I'm going basesquatch, every time I build out other trims I end up way higher in cost with not enough to make it worth it (to me).

Hoping there will be aftermarket fender flare delete kits (basically something to make it look pretty enough with no flares). I think I'll also go aftermarket for sliders, I already wanted something that came out from the body more anyway.

A 2dr makes for a great daily driver. I split time with my FJ and LJ now, actually easier for the kids to get in and out of the LJ.

Just made a reservation with Granger and another with Kearny Mesa, don't want to deal with transferring and will just cancel the one I don't use. Now to figure out if Granger will be more headache than it's worth and not really ending up saving much money or if it could be a fun little vacation...
