This thing just keeps getting more expensive. Bad Lands, Sasquatch, High Package, now Paint Correction, PPF, and Ceramic coating. I'm gonna be in for $70k by the time I'm done.

I talked to a guy that runs a body shop and he loves the ceramic coatings. He said do it yourself and it will only cost a couple hundred bucks in materials. He also said it cuts down on cratches (doesn't stop them) and turns washing into a rinse job. I'm not sure about the PPF, but I'm...

I can't imagine how it wouldn't help. Ceramic coatings are pretty hard, and therefore harder to scratch. Not impossible, but better than clear coat.

I've heard a lot of great things about ceramic coating a new vehicle, and I would think the hardened coating would do a lot to protect against the trail pin-striping and other off-road hazards. Anyone else thinking about doing this?

I think most people are gonna want to look at one before pulling trigger. I'm glad to hear the Dealers might have one to pour over and make up my mind on what I am ordering.

He is modelling the Bronco with just 1 wheel on the ground, using a max of 5000 lb-ft of torque. I would guess in granny gear, you would have the sway bar disconnected and both lockers engaged, so you would be able to use a lot more of the available torque.

I’m not sure how removing the rear seats would bring more interior length to the table.

Incline doesn't matter, that can be solved with platforms. I'm not sure why everyone keeps going back to this. Maybe everyone's short, and length doesn't matter. All that matter's to me is the length of the space. You can always build/buy/jerry-rig a platform to lift you up level, but no...

@laj.tuxmek, any way you could help us get dimensions on the interior length between the back of the front seat (all the way forward) and the tailgate? That would answer a plethora of questions about sleeping arrangements.

I think a big question will be how far forward the front seat goes. Building a platform is not a big deal if there is enough room, but with that big flat dash panel, engineers might not give a lot of seat forward movement. The 2 door will likely have the standard fold-forward design to allow...
