weird, but my dealer showed me yesterday in his visibility system my car hasn't moved/updated since 2/6, but I called Norfolk's hotline and it has updated an bunch since then. Just another layer of madness to the equation.

I’m Norfolk southern for rail. How would I find the convoy carrier? I guess I’ll register and see if I can get info?

good to know! Since mine wasn't taken off at Conway (TWICE!) I haven't gotten any info about reshipping and was trying to see if we may be on the same rail - but it seems unlikely. It sounds like you'll get it sooner to me too though!

Right now it says 2/16 but the dealer and his rep said that date is crap. The train it is on is already fully scheduled so it is more likely that the car will be pulled off and return to a holding pen to be scheduled out down the line. So like others, it could be days, weeks, or months.

Check with CS or your dealer. I was suppose to be on a truck too, but they put me on a train. My WS still says convoy though. They said they are having trouble getting CDL drivers to get the cars so they are just sitting in the lots waiting to be picked up.
