I don't think you'll find a good shop who will do this. Most good shops do in house only as it's pretty sketchy for them. Good luck with the search tho.

No realistically, as someone who has worked for OEMs. He can literally do jack shit, I'm sure he knows of the issues and is writing strongly worded emails. Won't change anything other than make us feel better.
