Update: I got a call the company was out of the SAS flares I ordered, but I found them elsewhere for cheaper surprisingly! They shipped and should be here in a couple days if still interested

If someone knows the Jeep hinge bolt measurements I’ll go out and measure my bronco. Perhaps we can compare to size of mount and see if it has enough room to be drilled. I guess I could sacrifice 85 bucks to see and just return it if not, just PITA lol

I have a similar problem, and to add to it when I push clutch in it almost sounds like something is loose there’s a “rattle”. I posted a video in the issues sub forum, Ford reached out and made a case number for me. I’ll let you know what I find out.
