I shifted mine to the driver side to allow for the accessories. You can keep it centered. There is some available adjustment. RTR can give u more details. Go to their website watch the install video. Should help u decide. All told, it’s not cheap but it’s nice

Have you seen the mounting points? Maybe direct you’re question to @RTR Vehicles i have a 35” tire wheel, hi-lift and two rotopax. It’s easy to open, no rattling and has no sag. So I’m happy. My JCR tire carrier that was on my rubicon, weightEd hundreds of pounds and sucked had the same gear.
