@Arrowbear Rider @BroncoJoerg I just spoke to the rangers for Saddleback and confirmed those roads are already closed and anticipated to open 3-5 days after the rains go thru. Pretty cool to know that you can just call and ask!

I'm interested! Was going to try to go with the big group on Saturday for round 2 of one of the Bouquet reservoir trails but it's sounding like it may end up being cancelled because of the weather.

I ended up having a place install my RC Hidden Winch mount with an Amazon winch for my 2.3L. They charged me ~$650 for 5+ hours of work. But they told me the 2.7 would have taken twice as long! Would've loved to DIY but hard when living in an apt in the city. $500 sounds like a steal to me...

Upon picking up my non-Sasquatch Base Bronco from Granger around this time last year, I headed home straight thru a blizzard in Iowa and then Nebraska on my way back west. Admittedly not terrible accumulation of snow on the roads, but it did very well, even with stock tires!
