    Installed a bit of chip protection this morning. Came together pretty good besides snapping one of the studs on OEM Rock Rails. No big deal will be replacing them with frame mounted ones after new rubber and lift go on anyways.

    I have a 2.7 motor that failed, scuffed two cylinders and ruined one turbo. I currently have a 2.3 and wondering if its worth putting some work into and trying to build something out of it. Not sure if you can bore out, or add larger turbos etc. i am more used to building Japanese sport bike...

    Ive had both for work vehicles. Reliability of 5.0 is far superior to the 2.7 from my experience. 2.7s wont handle the abuse.
